But some things do not change in a M&F home, such as: double-hung windows, trim around windows and doors, raised panel doors, choice of brass, satin nickel or oil-rubbed bronze hardware for doors, hardwood floors in formal dining room and foyer, jetted tub in master baths (where plans allow) with separate shower stall, chrome Delta faucets, and each home is stick built on site.

- Carpet and flooring: $14/sq.yd. installed
- Lighting: $1,200 (covers lights, ceiling fans, light bulbs, doorbell kit).
- Appliances: $1,200 (GE profile white smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher).
- Cabinetry: $8,500 (kitchen cabinets and laminate counter tops, bathroom vanities with cultural marble tops).
- Shubbrey: $350.00.
